Before you submit

What to send, and what happens next

Attach whatever you have. A formal RFP with evaluation criteria is ideal, but a scope of work, a board-approved project brief, or a few paragraphs describing the problem is enough for us to tell you whether we should be bidding.

The more of the form you complete, the more useful our first reply will be. Budget range and deadline matter most — they decide whether a project is feasible at all, and a range is enough. If your process forbids disclosing budget before award, select that option and we will scope to your requirements instead.

If your procurement rules prohibit contact with vendors during an open solicitation, say so in the scope field. We will acknowledge receipt and respond only through the channel your rules allow.

FAQ

Submission questions

How large a file can I upload?
Up to 4MB per document, across three separate uploads — the solicitation, any addenda or Q&A responses, and specifications or evaluation criteria. If your packet is larger, email it to hello@eseospace.com with your organization name and we will match it to your submission.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, Word, RTF and plain text for the solicitation and addenda, plus Excel for specifications or scoring matrices. If you have something else, describe it in the scope field and we will follow up.
Will you sign an NDA before we send documents?
Yes. Note it in the scope field and we will send one back before you upload anything sensitive, or sign yours if you have a standard form.
Do you charge to respond to an RFP?
No. Reviewing your solicitation and preparing a proposal costs you nothing.
What if we are not ready to issue an RFP yet?
Send the project brief anyway. We can help you scope the work, and our RFP template guide walks through what to specify so you get comparable bids from every vendor.
