Here is what it offers and how access works.

Newtropin is an eSEOspace client: we work on its website and search marketing, and its own SEO page mentions that partnership. This guide uses the company's own published information, checked on 19 October 2026, and every source is listed at the end. We don't rate or score our clients. Prices, product availability and regulatory positions change, so confirm details on newtropin.com before you act. This guide is not medical, legal or regulatory advice.
The short answer
Newtropin, Inc. is a business-to-business company in Delray Beach, Florida that serves licensed healthcare providers, not consumers. It says it was founded in 2011 and describes itself as a nutraceutical and wellness marketing firm. Verified providers (checked by NPI number) can buy from its physician-grade nutraceutical catalog, put their own label on products (minimum 100 bottles), use its Florida fulfillment service, and buy branding, SEO and website work. It also connects prescribers with licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners, while stating that it is not a pharmacy itself. Opening an account is free; product pricing is shown only to verified providers. Phone: 866-206-1806.

What is Newtropin?
Newtropin is a supplier and service company for wellness-focused medical practices. Its site says it works with physicians focused on anti-aging, weight loss and longevity, and its service pages also mention medspas, integrative and functional medicine clinics, and telehealth platforms. The pitch is that a practice can handle product sourcing, private labeling, marketing and patient education through one company instead of several vendors.
According to its About page, Newtropin began as a nutraceutical sales firm and grew into what it calls a "pharmaceutical and nutraceutical referral network" that connects licensed providers with vetted products, pharmacy partners and services. Its company timeline lists these stages:
- 2011, founded in Delray Beach, Florida, with a focus on medical SEO and physician-grade nutraceutical sales.
- Building the physician network: expanded into a referral network connecting physicians with pharmacy and nutraceutical partners.
- Full-service marketing added: branding, SEO, web design and digital strategy for wellness practices.
- Compounding partnership: a partnership with Formulation Compounding Center, which the company describes as a licensed 503A pharmacy, plus a wider partner pharmacy network.
- Today: a large product catalog, what the site calls "7 core service areas," and instant NPI verification.
The home page menu now lists nine services, numbered 01 to 10 (SEO and website design share 05 and 06): private labeling, product connections (the catalog), wellness marketing, physician branding, SEO and website design, compound pharmacy services, women's health, men's health and fulfillment. It also runs smaller consulting pages on state licensing, clean rooms, veterinary supplements and antigen testing. Each is covered below.
Is Newtropin legit, and who runs it?
People ask this about any company that sells peptides or supplements, and the honest answer is to check what can be checked. Here is what we found:
- A street address and phone line. The site publishes 1615 S. Congress Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445, the phone number 866-206-1806 and the email customercare@newtropin.com on every page, along with separate sales, service and shipping hours.
- A stated Florida registration. The site says Newtropin is "a marketing company registered with the Florida Department of State." We tried to confirm this in the Florida Division of Corporations search (Sunbiz) on 19 October 2026, but the search blocked automated access, so we have not verified it. You can search "Newtropin" on Sunbiz yourself.
- Written limits on what it does. Its footer and About page state plainly that it does not compound medications, dispense prescription drugs or operate as a pharmacy, and carry the standard FDA supplement disclaimer.
- Checkable partner licenses. The compounding page invites providers to look up its partner pharmacy, Formulation Compounding Center, on their state Board of Pharmacy license lookup. That page also makes claims about the partner's regulatory record; FDA publishes warning letters in a searchable database if you want to check for yourself.
- Published terms. A Terms of Service page, last updated 10 June 2026, sets out eligibility, payment, subscription, return and liability terms.
- Gated access. Pricing and ordering sit behind NPI verification, which is consistent with its statement that it never sells to consumers.
Who owns or runs Newtropin? The website does not name an owner, founder or executive. It describes its team as "industry veterans, a Ph.D. researcher," an in-house graphic design team and "an international team of affiliates," without names. If you want to know who you will work with, ask for your named contact during onboarding; the provider pages say partners get a named contact rather than a general queue.
We did not find an independent review site, news coverage or a rating profile with enough history to add to this picture, so we have not quoted one.
Is Newtropin a pharmacy?
No, by its own description. The site's regulatory notice says Newtropin, Inc. "is NOT a licensed pharmacy in any state," does not compound, dispense, distribute or sell prescription medications, and does not interpret or fill prescriptions. It says its services are "limited to marketing, sales support, and consulting for nutraceutical wellness products and connecting healthcare providers with wellness solutions," and that it does not manufacture any products.
That matters because some of the site's pages are written in the voice of a pharmacy (for example, describing what "we compound" and "our pharmacists"). Read those as describing the partner pharmacy, not Newtropin. When a prescriber writes a compounded prescription through this relationship, the licensed partner pharmacy prepares and dispenses it. Newtropin's stated role is sourcing support, education, regulatory updates and the commercial side.
The company also says it classifies its nutraceutical products as wellness supplements, and that the nutraceutical line is a separate category, with a separate ordering path, from compounded prescription preparations. That is the company's own classification; ask your own regulatory adviser how it applies to anything you plan to sell.
Who can buy from Newtropin?
Only licensed healthcare providers and their authorized representatives. The site repeats this on nearly every page, and the Terms of Service limit the platform to "licensed healthcare practitioners and authorized professional purchasers," with access requiring a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) or equivalent professional credentials. Newtropin says it may suspend access if verification fails or credentials lapse.
- Patients cannot order. The services page says "Patients can't order from Newtropin" and asks anyone looking for its products to consult their doctor.
- Marketing services are gated too. The FAQ says branding, website and SEO services are also limited to licensed providers and authorized representatives, with NPI verification at registration.
- Resale to consumers is not permitted "except as permitted by applicable law and your professional licensure," and the provider is responsible for all clinical and regulatory decisions about products they buy (Terms, section 3).

| Veterinary pet supplement services | Connections to pet compounding and supplement sources; pet supplements can be private labeled | No |
| Antigen testing | Access to a network of testing resources | No |
The four consulting pages at the bottom of the table are short, single-section pages with a contact form, so expect to discuss scope by phone.
The nutraceutical catalog
The catalog is what Newtropin calls "Product Connections." Once your NPI is verified you can browse, see prices and buy through your account. The company gives several figures for its size, and they measure different things:
- The home and services pages advertise "6,500+ physician-grade product SKUs."
- The membership page says members get "All 73 Newtropin formulations" in five categories (Anti-Aging, Fitness and Performance, Health and Recovery, Overall Health, Weight Loss), plus "5,000+ partner catalog items with live pricing" from partner pharmacies.
- The private labeling page says "50+" formulations are ready to rebrand.
If the size of the range matters to your decision, ask which of these numbers applies to what you want to buy.
The services page groups the catalog into eight categories and names example products in each: Weight Management, Muscle & Performance, Brain & Longevity, Hormones & Sexual Health, Immune & Gut Health, Skin, Hair & Beauty, Sleep & Stress and Repair & Recovery. Many items are sprays, drops and roll-ons with house brand names. The company says its formulations are supported by peer-reviewed research and Ph.D.-level input, and that clinical literature and patient-facing materials come with each category. Those are its own statements; this guide makes no claim about what any product does.
How products are sold. All catalog items ship in packs of three, and per-SKU volume discounts apply automatically at the cart (see cost). The company says there are no minimums and no contract to buy from the catalog. Pricing is hidden until you sign in.
Atlas. The membership page describes an account assistant called Atlas that answers product and pricing questions and pulls up recent orders, and says it "stays inside its lane: no clinical or dosing advice."
Private labeling, step by step
Newtropin offers two private label tracks:
- Track 1, in-house product private labeling: put your practice brand on an existing Newtropin formulation. The company describes this as the faster route because the formula already exists. It includes custom artwork and label design and "fulfillment referral coordination," and the page mentions trademark services.
- Track 2, custom nutraceutical formulation: propose your own blend. The company offers concept feasibility ("Can it be done?") and cost and timeline analysis ("How much will it cost?") through to market entry. It says custom formulas need extra review, testing and production time, and timelines vary.
An optional Ph.D.-level marketing and research package, offered "for a nominal fee," adds research-based product write-ups, waiting room literature and sales tools for your branded line. The fee is not published.
The ordering steps, as the private labeling page lists them:
- Select your product from the catalog.
- Upload your logo in high resolution.
- Create or upload your label: use Newtropin's template, ask for label help, or upload finished artwork. The membership page says the order form gives you the exact dieline for that container.
- Review and approve. Newtropin reviews the files and product details; its FAQ mentions a 3D bottle preview with your logo, and says the team confirms the label proof before production.
- Production begins after artwork, specifications, quantity and payment are approved.
The minimum order is 100 bottles per product, with larger runs welcome. Pricing depends on product and quantity and is shown on the order page before checkout. Private label stock can go straight into Newtropin's fulfillment storage.
The compounding pharmacy connection and health programs
For prescription preparations, Newtropin's role is to connect prescribers with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and support that relationship. The site names Formulation Compounding Center as a partner. The membership page says the account portal routes each provider, by state, to three partner pharmacies (listed as FormuConnect, MFV RX and LFG), shows what each carries, and gives a registration link for each.
What the "For Providers" hub says prescribing partners get:
- Partner pharmacies that the company says operate under USP 795, 797 and 800 standards and make patient-specific preparations.
- Analytical documentation: certificates of analysis available to prescribers on request, naming the testing laboratory.
- Regulatory updates: notice when the compounding status of something you prescribe changes, and a stated policy of saying so plainly, "including when that means declining the order," when a compound lacks a lawful pathway.
- A named contact who knows your formulary.
- Cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging and temperature indicators, to the patient or the practice.
Patient-specific prescriptions only. The site explains that a 503A pharmacy needs a prescription for a named patient, so it cannot supply office stock; practices that administer in the office are told to raise this during onboarding. Every compounded preparation needs a valid prescription from a licensed provider. As FDA's own compounding page puts it, compounded drugs are not FDA approved.
State coverage. Most pages say the partner pharmacies together hold licenses covering all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., and that the prescriber's own license must separately cover the state where the patient is. The pages are not fully consistent: the home page menu says "42 states + D.C.," and the licensed-states list on the compounding page names 49 states plus D.C. Confirm coverage for your patients' states before you build a program, and check the pharmacy's license on your state board's website.
Women's and men's health programs. Two service pages describe provider support for prescribers in these areas through the partner pharmacy. The women's page covers menopause and perimenopause, PCOS, postpartum recovery, thyroid and metabolic concerns and sexual wellness. The men's page covers hormone optimization, fertility-preserving alternatives to TRT, recovery and body composition. Both say everything listed is a prescription preparation for an individual patient, and that availability of specific peptides depends on current FDA compounding status. This guide does not describe or endorse any treatment; talk to a licensed clinician about any therapy.
Telehealth platforms have their own partnership page, which focuses on multi-state licensure, direct-to-patient fulfillment and cold chain, and notes that remote prescribing of controlled substances such as testosterone follows federal rules that have changed several times since 2020.
Marketing, branding and website packages
Newtropin's marketing side is aimed at wellness practices that want to sell supplements and grow patient numbers. The company says all marketing packages are flat fee, never commission-based, and run for fixed time periods. Prices are not published; the FAQ says pricing depends on scope and is set after a discovery consultation.
Wellness marketing and sales covers practice growth consulting, sales support and staff training, provider networking, social media campaigns, direct mail, digital product lists, 24/7 live answering services and mobile app development. The process runs discovery consultation, strategy, execution and launch, then ongoing support.
Physician branding covers logo and brand identity, brand style guides, business cards, brochures, banners and signage, letterhead, waiting room materials, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn) and setup for practices new to digital marketing (Google Business Profile, social accounts, directory listings). It also offers a supplement literature library written by its in-house research team and customizable for your practice.
Website packages. Three tiers are published, without prices:
| Package | What's included, per the site |
|---|---|
| Just Website | Custom design for all pages, up to 3 mockups, up to 10 hours of revisions, built on Shopify, WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, eCommerce and lead generation features, 3 months complimentary warranty and 3 months complimentary hosting |
| Website + SEO (marked "Most Popular") | Everything above, plus title, meta and alt tags and schema, 10 targeted keywords, up to 500 words of copywriting, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, an internal SEO and site speed audit, one FAQ page and one external backlink |
| Build Your Own | Custom plugins and animations, marketing automation, CRM integrations, backend databases, custom workflows, client portals and drip campaigns |
The company describes a three-week build: week 1 discovery (questionnaire and home page proposal), week 2 development (inside pages and reviews), week 3 launch (quality checks, final edits, launch and SEO setup). It says advanced custom work can take longer, and that SEO usually takes 3 to 6 months to show measurable change. Its SEO page says it builds sites through a partnership with eSEOspace, the publisher of this guide.
Fulfillment and direct-to-patient shipping
Newtropin's fulfillment service stores a practice's products and ships orders to patients under the practice's name, from what the company calls its Florida fulfillment facility. It lists four services, usable alone or together:
- Direct-to-patient shipping, with tracking on every order.
- Inventory warehousing, including private label runs sent straight into storage.
- Online store and dropship: orders from your practice website or patient portal are routed to Newtropin.
- Subscriptions and refills that ship automatically on each patient's schedule.
It works for Newtropin catalog products, your Newtropin private label line, or products you already sell under your own brand, for any licensed practice. Pricing is quoted per practice from your products, monthly order volume and services. The quote form asks for volume in bands from under 50 to over 1,000 orders a month.
Free resources: peptide library, FDA status tracker, calculator
Newtropin publishes three free resources. They are useful for understanding what the company works with, but they are the company's own material, not independent references.
- Peptide Library. Research summaries for the peptides it offers, which it says are written and updated by its in-house Ph.D. team. The index listed 64 entries when we checked, grouped by area such as weight management, growth hormone secretagogues, and healing and recovery.
- FDA Peptide Status Tracker 2026. A page the company maintains on how FDA and its Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) are handling peptides for 503A compounding, with a dated update log; it showed "Last updated: October 19, 2026." Treat it as a convenience summary and confirm any status with FDA's own announcements before relying on it.
- Peptide reconstitution calculator. A math tool for concentration and syringe units. The page says it "does not recommend a dose," and that the vial amount, diluent and dose must come from the prescription and the pharmacy's label.
The site also has a blog and short "learn" guides on peptide topics. This guide does not repeat their health content.
How much does Newtropin cost?
Most prices are visible only to verified providers. This is what is published as of 19 October 2026:
| What you pay for | Published price or terms |
|---|---|
| Provider account / membership | Free. "No fees, no minimums to join," and no account fee |
| Catalog products | Shown after sign-in; sold in packs of three |
| Catalog volume discounts (per SKU) | 3 units standard · 6 units 2.5% off · 12 units 5% off · 24 units 10% off · 48 units 15% off · 96 units 20% off · 192+ units 25% off |
| Private label products | 100-bottle minimum; price by product and quantity, shown on the order page |
| Ph.D. marketing and research package | "Nominal fee," amount not published |
| Compounded prescription preparations | Priced by formulation, strength and quantity; provided after your account is verified |
| Marketing and branding packages | Flat fee for a fixed period, not commission; quoted after discovery |
| Website packages | Not published; three tiers described above |
| Fulfillment | Quoted per practice |
| State licensing consulting | Paid consulting; not published |
Worked example of the discount. If you order 24 units of one product, the 10% tier applies to that product. The discount is calculated per SKU, so 12 units each of two different products would each get the 5% tier, not 10%.
Insurance. Newtropin sells to practices, not patients, so health insurance billing doesn't apply to its catalog or services, and the site says nothing about it.
Paying. The Terms say payment goes through a third-party payment provider and includes applicable taxes and shipping. Subscriptions keep a card on file. Pricing "is subject to change without notice."
Opening an account, step by step
The site describes two speeds. Catalog access for nutraceuticals depends on an automated NPI check, which the company says usually takes minutes ("under 60 seconds" for most). Prescriber onboarding for compounded preparations includes a state license check and a formulary review, which it says gets most practices "ordering within a week." The membership page also says "verified in days," so allow for some variation.
- Register. Create a free account with your name, practice details, state of licensure and NPI. Prescribers also give their state license number.
- NPI verification. Newtropin checks your NPI against the national NPPES registry.
- License check (prescribers). The company confirms your state license is active. It says most verify the same day, but some state boards take several business days.
- Activation and routing. Your account opens to the catalog with pricing, and prescribers are routed to the partner pharmacies licensed for their state. Multi-prescriber practices can add clinicians, each verified separately.
- Formulary review (prescribers). A walkthrough of what is available for your specialty and anything currently restricted.
- Order. Buy catalog products in your account; submit prescriptions through the portal, e-prescribe or fax. Reorders are one click, and subscriptions can be paused or cancelled.
What to have ready, per the Getting Started page: your active state medical or nursing license number, individual NPI (and group NPI if you have one), DEA registration only if you will prescribe controlled substances, practice and shipping addresses, your e-prescribe platform, and a list of the compounds or categories you expect to prescribe. The page also warns that a license in a different state from your patients is the most common cause of delay.
Terms, returns and subscriptions
- Returns. The Terms say some items may be non-returnable "for safety and regulatory reasons," and that return and refund eligibility, where available, is shown at checkout or in a return policy and may need prior authorization. We did not find a separate return policy page, so ask before you order.
- Shipping. Shipping times are estimates, and title and risk of loss pass to you when the order goes to the carrier.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose until cancelled; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and Newtropin may cancel or refuse an order, including after submission.
- Liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product involved, and providers agree to indemnify Newtropin for their own prescribing, dispensing and use of products.
- Website warranty. Website packages include 3 months of complimentary warranty and hosting.
- Disclaimer. The About page says Newtropin cannot guarantee the accuracy of partner information, the quality of partner services or the safety of any products.
Where is Newtropin, and when can you reach it?
Newtropin's published address is 1615 S. Congress Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445. Its fulfillment orders ship from Florida. It serves providers nationwide online and by phone; the site does not describe walk-in visits, so call before going in person.
| Team | Hours (Monday to Friday) |
|---|---|
| Sales | 10:00am to 7:00pm EST |
| Customer service | 9:00am to 5:30pm EST |
| Shipping | 8:00am to 4:30pm EST |

How it compares with other options
| Option | What you get | Typical trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Newtropin | One account for a nutraceutical catalog, private labeling, compounding partner access, marketing and fulfillment | Prices hidden until verified; marketing and fulfillment quoted; the company is an intermediary, not the pharmacy or manufacturer |
| Ordering directly from a compounding pharmacy | A direct relationship with the pharmacy that prepares your prescriptions | No catalog of supplements, private labeling or marketing; you manage multi-state coverage yourself |
| A dedicated private label supplement manufacturer | Large-run custom manufacturing | Usually higher minimums and more work on design, compliance and fulfillment |
| A practitioner-channel supplement distributor | Established branded supplements for resale | Other brands' labels, not yours |
| A general marketing agency | Branding, websites and SEO | May not know supplement and compounding marketing rules; no product side |
| A third-party logistics warehouse | Storage and shipping at scale | Built for retailers; you source products elsewhere |
