Overview
Logistics runs on status updates, and most of them still arrive by phone, email and spreadsheet

Where is the truck? Did the load deliver? Which driver has hours left? Why did fuel spend jump? The answers usually exist somewhere: in the telematics or ELD system, the transportation management system, the warehouse system or a driver's text. The cost is in finding them, re-keying them and sending them to the customer who asked.
We build software that closes those gaps: dispatch and load boards for your team, driver apps, customer portals that show shipment status without a call, fleet dashboards, and integrations that pull from telematics, ELD and TMS platforms and push to accounting and customer systems.
This page covers software for freight, delivery and fleet operations. For dealership and repair-shop software, see automotive software development; for logistics marketing, see our logistics and freight marketing page.

What makes logistics software different
Vehicles move, connections drop, rules govern driving time, and every customer wants to know where their freight is right now.
Hours of service drive dispatch
Most motor carriers must have drivers record duty status on an electronic logging device under 49 CFR 395.8. Dispatch tools that read available hours from your ELD provider avoid assigning loads a driver can't legally run.
Telematics data comes from many vendors
Mixed fleets often run more than one telematics or ELD provider, each with its own API and data format. Normalizing them is the first step to one useful map or report.
Drivers are offline and busy
Driver apps must work with weak signal, need few taps, and should never ask for input while the vehicle is moving. Proof of delivery photos and signatures have to sync later without loss.
Partners still exchange EDI and email
Shippers, brokers and carriers trade tenders, status updates and invoices through EDI, APIs, portals and plain email. Software has to accept all of them and turn them into one record.
Customers want visibility, not calls
A tracking page or automatic status emails tied to real events answer the "where is it?" question before it is asked, and free your team for exceptions.
How we work
How we build logistics software around real loads and real drivers

We follow a load from tender to invoice and count the hand-offs: each time someone copies a reference number, calls a driver or emails a status. The first release removes the most expensive of those steps.
We integrate rather than replace. Your telematics, ELD, TMS and accounting platforms stay; we connect to their APIs, normalize the data into one database, and build the dispatch board, customer portal or dashboard on top. We design for vendor outages and late data, because they happen.
Driver-facing tools are built for the cab: large controls, offline storage and nothing that needs attention while driving. Where AI helps, such as reading rate confirmations or bills of lading into structured data, a person checks before it is billed.

The process
How the work runs
Four stages, so vendor data access and driver reality are understood before building.
Operations review
We follow loads through dispatch, the road and billing, and list the systems and vendors involved.
Scope and design
We confirm what each vendor's API provides, agree the first release and test screens with dispatchers and drivers.
Build and pilot
We build in short releases and pilot with one terminal, lane or group of drivers.
Roll out and support
We train staff, monitor integrations and extend the system as your network grows.

“Since beginning work with Irina and her staff at eSEOspace our internet activity has really begun to lift off. We had lots of issues with our site and the site was built several years ago. “After quickly exiting a previous marketing contract and needing to hit the ground running, the swift and capable onboarding with eSEOspace was exactly what we needed. Six months in, it's been a completely different experience. Irina and her team bring a level of attention to detail and consistency that you rarely find. As someone with over 15 years of marketing experience, I'm not easy to impress — what sets them apart is that they genuinely listen. It feels like a partnership, not a vendor relationship. eSEOspa…”

FAQ
Questions carriers, brokers and fleets ask
Can you connect to our telematics or ELD provider?
Usually, if the provider offers an API or data export. We confirm what data and update frequency yours supports during discovery.
Do you build ELDs?
No. Carriers must use an ELD on FMCSA's registered list (49 CFR 395.22), so we build software that reads data from the ELD you already use.
Can customers track shipments themselves?
Yes. A tracking portal or automatic notifications tied to real status events is one of the most useful first builds, because it cuts status calls and emails.
Do you replace our TMS?
Usually not. We build the dispatch views, portals, integrations and reports your TMS lacks. If your TMS truly can't support the business, we will help you choose a replacement before building anything custom.
How long does it take?
A tracking portal or a single integration can take a few weeks; a dispatch board with driver app and multiple integrations takes a few months. You get a timeline after discovery.
What does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, integrations and how much of the work is new versus connecting what you already have. Our pricing page lists our plans and lets you estimate a custom build. Request a proposal above and we will quote from your actual requirements.

Wondering what this costs? Every service has published pricing — no discovery call required to see it.
