Overview
In education, the buyer, the user and the person whose data you hold are three different people

A district or training director signs the contract. Teachers and instructors use the tool every day. Students, often minors, are the people whose records it stores, and parents expect a say. Education software that pleases only one of them stalls: teachers quietly stop using it, the privacy review blocks it, or families can't get in.
We build focused education software: web apps for course delivery and assessment, student and parent portals, enrollment and certification tools for training providers, and integrations with the learning management and student information systems schools already run.
This page is about software. For school and training websites and enrollment marketing, see our education marketing page.

What makes education software different
Student data is protected by federal law, public institutions have accessibility deadlines, and every school already runs systems your tool has to fit into.
Student records are protected
FERPA gives parents and eligible students rights over education records. A vendor can receive them as a "school official" only if it meets the conditions in 34 CFR 99.31, including staying under the school's direct control for how records are used.
Children under 13 have extra rules
Online services directed to children under 13 must follow the FTC's COPPA Rule on collecting personal information. That shapes sign-up, analytics and any third-party tools in the app.
Accessibility has deadlines
Public schools, community colleges and public universities fall under the Justice Department's ADA Title II web rule, which sets WCAG 2.1 AA as the standard, with compliance dates in April 2027 and April 2028 depending on size. Apps they buy or build are included.
It has to fit the LMS and SIS
Teachers won't log into one more system. Tools need single sign-on and to exchange rosters and grades with the learning management and student information systems the school already uses.
Teachers have minutes, not hours
A tool that takes training sessions to learn won't survive the first busy week of term. Common tasks have to take a few clicks, on a school laptop with a slow connection.
How we work
How we build education software that passes review and gets used

We design with teachers or instructors in the room. We watch how they take attendance, assign work and give feedback today, and make the common path fast. Students and parents get their own simple views.
Privacy is designed in. We collect only the data the tool needs, keep it in your accounts, log access, and document data flows so your privacy review and data-sharing agreements can be completed quickly. We avoid third-party trackers in student-facing screens.
Accessibility is tested against WCAG 2.1 AA during the build, not after. Our accessibility audit team checks keyboard use, screen readers and contrast before launch. Where AI helps, such as drafting feedback or quiz questions, a teacher reviews before anything reaches a student.

The process
How the work runs
Four stages, so privacy, accessibility and integrations are settled before building.
Classroom and systems review
We talk to teachers, students and administrators, and list the systems and data the tool must work with.
Scope, privacy and design
We agree the first release, document data flows for your privacy review, and test designs with real users.
Build and pilot
We build with accessibility testing throughout and pilot with one class, school or cohort.
Roll out and support
We train staff, support the first term and plan updates around the academic calendar.

Businesses grow with eSEOspace

“Since beginning work with Irina and her staff at eSEOspace our internet activity has really begun to lift off. We had lots of issues with our site and the site was built several years ago. Irina found the problems, created a plan to fix them, and has since been implementing the plan to drive traffic to our site. Give them a call — they are a great company to work with!”

“After quickly exiting a previous marketing contract and needing to hit the ground running, the swift and capable onboarding with eSEOspace was exactly what we needed. Six months in, it's been a completely different experience. Irina and her team bring a level of attention to detail and consistency that you rarely find. As someone with over 15 years of marketing experience, I'm not easy to impress — what sets them apart is that they genuinely listen. It feels like a partnership, not a vendor relationship. eSEOspa…”

FAQ
Questions schools and training providers ask
Can you work under our data privacy agreement?
Yes. We document what data the software collects, where it is stored and who can access it, and we work within your district's or institution's data-sharing agreement. Your privacy officer or counsel decides whether it meets your obligations.
Will it work with our LMS or student information system?
Usually, through single sign-on and the system's published integration options. We confirm what your systems support in discovery.
Is the software accessible?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard in the ADA Title II web rule, and test with keyboard and screen readers before launch. We can provide a report of what was tested.
Do you build for corporate training and certification?
Yes. Training providers often need registration, payments, course delivery, exams and certificates in one place, plus records for renewals.
Can you build an entire LMS?
We can, but most organizations are better served by an existing LMS plus custom tools for what it lacks. We will recommend the cheaper path.
What does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, integrations and how much of the work is new versus connecting what you already have. Our pricing page lists our plans and lets you estimate a custom build. Request a proposal above and we will quote from your actual requirements.

Wondering what this costs? Every service has published pricing — no discovery call required to see it.
