eSEOspace works on the websites and search marketing of several real estate and property management businesses. This page introduces four of them. They are an agent in coastal South Carolina, a land developer in Southeastern Oklahoma and two property managers in California and Washington. Each has a client spotlight page on our site with more detail.
Everything below comes from those spotlight pages, which were checked in October 2026. We describe what each business does and how its site presents it. We don't rate or score our clients, and we don't claim results that the spotlight pages don't state.
This page is part of our Real Estate and Property Management Marketing Guide. If you are comparing designers, read how to choose a real estate website designer alongside it.
Key Takeaways
- The four clients cover three business types: an individual agent, a land developer that sells its own lots and two property management companies.
- Each spotlight page sets out services, service area and how the process works in plain language.
- Both property managers publish their management and leasing fees, and the agent publishes her full sales record.
- The spotlights say when they were checked and tell readers to confirm fees and terms with the business directly.
- One spotlight discloses a family relationship between the client's managing broker and eSEOspace's founder.
Melissa Redd, REALTOR® (Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC)
Melissa Redd is an individual agent with eXp Realty, LLC. According to her spotlight, she works Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Okatie and the surrounding Beaufort County Lowcountry. The page lists her South Carolina license and says she is not licensed in Georgia.
What her site focuses on
- Services: buyer representation, listing and selling, home valuations, relocation and investment-condo purchases.
- Out-of-state buyers: a 45-minute video call, which the page says has "no charge, no obligation to list or buy with me."
- Community guides: Moss Creek, Sea Pines, Hilton Head investment condos, Sun City Hilton Head and Beaufort.
- Approach: the spotlight quotes her as saying "my advice starts with the documents rather than the granite." She stresses POA finances, master deeds and architectural review rules.
What stands out
Her site publishes her full sales record and states its limits. The spotlight reports 13 closed transactions as of 19 October 2026. It also quotes a condo page where she writes, "I've done this twice, not two hundred times."
That honesty is a good model. NAR's Code of Ethics asks REALTORS® to "present a true picture in their advertising." The spotlight also notes that her valuations come from closed sales rather than an instant automated estimate. It notes the site shows no testimonials or star ratings and points readers to her Google and Zillow profiles for reviews.
Blue River Realty (Southeastern Oklahoma)
Blue River Realty LLC is based in Poteau, Oklahoma. Its spotlight is clear that it is a land developer, not a brokerage. The company says it is "not a real estate brokerage." It buys large mountain tracts, builds roads, surveys the land and sells recreational lots.
What its site focuses on
- Product: surveyed recreational lots with legal deeded access and built gravel roads.
- Area: LeFlore, Latimer and Pushmataha counties, including Poteau, Talihina, Honobia and Broken Bow.
- Developments: The Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain is the one with lots currently for sale, per the spotlight. Three earlier developments are listed as sold out.
- Financing: owner financing, which the company describes as having no credit check and no prepayment penalty. The spotlight notes that rates and terms are not published.
- Process: a six-step path from browsing and touring to closing through a licensed Oklahoma title company. The company says "no pressure, no auction clock."
What stands out
The site speaks to a buyer who may live out of state. The spotlight says many buyers come from Texas, Arkansas and Kansas. Digital property maps and drone photos help them judge land they may not have walked yet. The spotlight also says buyers deal directly with the owner and that the company will cooperate with buyers' agents.
SPMG Property Management (Rocklin, CA)
SPMG Property Management is a residential property manager for "single-family homes, condos, and townhomes." Its spotlight says it serves Rocklin, Roseville and the greater Sacramento area.
What its site focuses on
- Owner services: ten services, from rental preparation and marketing to inspections, renewals and move-out.
- Tenant services: rental listings, written renter criteria, a pet policy and a tenant portal.
- Published fees: for one home, the spotlight lists an 8% monthly fee and a leasing fee of 50% of the first month's rent. Rates are lower for two or more homes.
- Hours: Sunday to Friday, with a 24/7 emergency line.
What stands out
The site separates owner and tenant information and puts fees in writing. The spotlight quotes the pricing page as saying there are "No additional charges during vacancies or for advertising, set-up, or inspections." It also suggests questions owners should ask before signing with any manager. The spotlight tells readers to confirm fees and policies on SPMG's website before signing.
VPMG Property Management (Vancouver, WA)
VPMG Property Management is a residential property manager in Vancouver, Washington. Its spotlight discloses that VPMG's managing broker is the brother of eSEOspace's founder. We mention it here too, so you can weigh what follows.
What its site focuses on
- Service area: Clark County only. The spotlight quotes the company: "We only manage in Clark County." It lists 17 named communities.
- Services: eleven services covering the rental lifecycle, managed through the Rentvine platform with owner and resident portals.
- Property types: single-family homes, condos and townhomes, duplexes and triplexes, apartment complexes and investment portfolios.
- Published fees: per the spotlight, an 8% monthly fee ($199 minimum) and a placement fee of 50% of the first month's rent.
- Licensing: the spotlight lists Washington Department of Licensing numbers for the firm and the managing broker.
What stands out
The site lists what it doesn't charge, which answers a common owner question up front. The spotlight says setup, vacancy, renewal, maintenance markup, inspection, advertising and renter application fees are listed at $0. The spotlight reports the company displays "5.0 from 149 verified Google reviews." It also lists response timelines, such as acknowledging non-emergency tenant requests within one business day.

Three lessons apply to most real estate and property management sites:
- Say where you work. Each site names its towns or counties. That clarity helps visitors and supports local search. Google's Business Profile guidelines also ask that a profile reflect the business as it really is.
- Put the hard facts in writing. Fees, record and process are what visitors look for before they call.
- Describe the property and the service, not the people. That keeps content in line with the Fair Housing rule at 24 CFR § 100.75.
When you look at any designer's portfolio, Google's advice on hiring an SEO applies: ask to see examples of previous work. Visit the live sites, not just screenshots.
