Best MCP Servers for CRM in 2026

This list is part of our best-of MCP lists, within The MCP Guide. Entries are checked against each vendor's own pages; inclusion is editorial and not paid.

The best MCP servers for CRM in 2026 come from the CRM vendors themselves: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho CRM, Close and HighLevel all host official servers. The right one is almost always the server for the CRM you already use. What differs is how much control you get over writes.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT read and update outside software. Connected to a CRM, it lets you ask "Which deals over $10,000 have no activity this month?" or "Log this call and set a follow-up task" in plain English.

We checked every entry against the vendor's own site or docs on 28 October 2026. We did not test these products. For prospecting, call and contract tools, see our companion list of the best MCP servers for sales.

Key Takeaways

  • Every major CRM now has an official, vendor-hosted MCP server, so community servers are rarely needed for CRM work.
  • Write controls vary a lot. Close offers three documented scopes, Zoho CRM splits jobs into separate servers, and Salesforce offers a read-only server.
  • Almost all of these servers act as the signed-in user, so the AI sees only what that person can see in the CRM.
  • Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Sales server needs Copilot Studio credits, and Microsoft says Claude Desktop is not supported.
  • No vendor here lists a separate MCP fee, but Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Attio meter usage through tokens, API credits or workspace credits.

How we chose

We used the MCP Guide's standard listicle criteria:

  • Live and public. The CRM vendor must publish and document its own MCP server. We opened each page on 28 October 2026.
  • Clear pricing. The vendor must publish pricing or say how to get it. Prices come only from official pricing pages.
  • Security basics. The docs must describe sign-in, permissions or scopes.

We left out community-built CRM servers, because a vendor-run server is the safer default for customer data. The order is not a ranking. Browse other lists on the MCP Guide's best-of hub.

1. HubSpot: CRM, content and marketing data in one server

What it is. HubSpot hosts a remote MCP server at https://mcp.hubspot.com. It reads contacts, companies, deals, tickets, leads, custom objects, activities and conversations, and it can write CRM records and activities. HubSpot says the server acts as "a bridge between AI systems and HubSpot."

Best for: Small and mid-size businesses that run marketing and sales in HubSpot.

Pricing: No separate MCP price. HubSpot's Sales Hub pricing shows a Free plan for up to two users, then Starter, Professional (from $90 per seat per month) and Enterprise (from $150 per seat per month). Professional and Enterprise carry one-time onboarding fees.

Pros:

  • Users sign in with their own HubSpot permissions.
  • Claude users get a ready-made directory connector.
  • Covers marketing content and email drafts, not just CRM records.

Cons:

  • With Sensitive Data turned on, activity and conversation data is blocked in the MCP server.
  • Some tools need specific Hubs or tiers, and quotes are in beta.

Checked against: HubSpot developer docs on 28 October 2026. Full profile: HubSpot MCP server.

2. Salesforce: hosted servers with admin switches

What it is. Salesforce runs hosted MCP servers that it says are "generally available (GA)." An admin turns each server on in Setup, under API Catalog and MCP Servers. The quick start guide begins with the read-only platform/sobject-reads server and moves to platform/sobject-all for full read and write access.

Best for: Enterprise sales and service teams with a Salesforce admin.

Pricing: No separate MCP fee. The guide lists "Enterprise Edition or above" as a prerequisite. Salesforce's Sales pricing page now shows editions from Free Suite ($0) through Starter Suite ($25), Pro Suite ($100), Core ($195), Advanced ($395) and Max ($550) per user per month.

Pros:

  • Nothing is reachable until an admin turns a server on.
  • A read-only server makes a safe pilot.
  • Separate URLs for production and sandbox orgs.

Cons:

  • Setup requires an External Client App and some admin skill.
  • The new edition names don't map cleanly to the "Enterprise Edition" requirement, so confirm eligibility with Salesforce.

Checked against: Salesforce's mcp-hosted repository on 28 October 2026. Full profile: Salesforce MCP server.

3. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales: MCP for Copilot Studio and beyond

What it is. Microsoft documents a Dynamics 365 Sales MCP server that works with Copilot Studio agents and other MCP clients, such as GitHub Copilot in VS Code. For create, read, update and delete work on records, Microsoft says to connect the Dataverse MCP server as well.

Best for: Companies already on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 that build agents in Copilot Studio.

Pricing: Microsoft's Sales pricing page lists Sales Professional at $65, Sales Enterprise at $105 and Sales Premium at $150 per user per month, paid yearly. Microsoft's docs say you also need "enough Copilot Studio credits" for the tools.

Pros:

  • Fits Microsoft's admin and licensing model.
  • Separate Sales and Dataverse servers keep agent tools and record editing apart.
  • Documented for VS Code with GitHub Copilot.

Cons:

  • Microsoft says "Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time."
  • Admin permissions are needed in both Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot Studio.

Checked against: Microsoft Learn on 28 October 2026.

4. Pipedrive: native server on every plan

What it is. Pipedrive's MCP server page says AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can work with deals, contacts, organizations and leads. You connect "via a secure OAuth login," with "No coding, APIs, middleware or developer support required." The AI sees only what the Pipedrive user already has permission to see or edit.

Best for: Small sales teams that want CRM updates from chat with minimal setup.

Pricing: Pipedrive says the server is available to "All Pipedrive customers, on every plan." Usage is "subject to token limits based on your plan," and you can buy more tokens. Pipedrive's pricing page blocked our automated check, so see Pipedrive's site for plan prices.

Pros:

  • Included on every plan.
  • OAuth sign-in, no API keys to manage.
  • Pipedrive built and maintains it.

Cons:

  • Token limits can cap heavy use.
  • The public page gives few technical details about scopes or tool lists.

Checked against: Pipedrive MCP page on 28 October 2026. Full profile: Pipedrive MCP server.

5. Attio: a flexible CRM with confirmations on writes

What it is. Attio MCP is hosted at https://mcp.attio.com/mcp. It covers records, lists, notes, tasks, meetings, calls, emails and reporting. Attio says it "Authenticates as your Attio user with OAuth, and read operations are auto-approved while write operations request confirmation."

Best for: Startups and modern sales teams that customize their data model.

Pricing: No separate MCP price. Attio's pricing page lists Free at $0, Plus at $44 per user per month ($35 billed annually) and Pro at $99 ($79 annually). Enterprise is by quote. Our profile notes the SQL tool depends on plan.

Pros:

  • Write tools ask for confirmation by design.
  • No API keys: OAuth sign-in.
  • Documented sample prompts and rate limits.

Cons:

  • Some tools, such as SQL, depend on your plan.
  • Bulk operations from chat can change many records quickly.

Checked against: Attio docs on 28 October 2026. Full profile: Attio MCP server.

6. Zoho CRM: one server per job

What it is. Zoho CRM's MCP servers are pre-built and hosted by Zoho. There are four: Data Insights (read-only), Data Operations (create, read, update and delete records), Module Customization, and Workflow and Process Automation.

Best for: Businesses on Zoho CRM that want to give different people different levels of access.

Pricing: No separate MCP fee, but Zoho says MCP calls "consume API credits in the same way as standard API calls." Zoho's pricing page lists a Free edition for three users, plus Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate editions.

Pros:

  • Read-only Data Insights server is a safe first connection.
  • Splitting jobs into servers makes least-privilege easier.
  • Zoho hosts everything, so there is no infrastructure to run.

Cons:

  • API credit limits apply, so heavy AI use can hit them.
  • The customization and workflow servers can change your data model, so restrict them to admins.

Checked against: Zoho CRM developer docs on 28 October 2026. Full profile: Zoho CRM MCP server.

7. Close: three clear access levels

What it is. The Close MCP server at https://mcp.close.com/mcp supports OAuth 2.0 with Dynamic Client Registration, or an API key with a scope header. It covers leads, activities, opportunities and call transcripts.

Best for: Inside sales teams and startups that want precise control over AI writes.

Pricing: No separate MCP fee. Close's pricing page shows Solo at $19 per user per month ($9 annually), Essentials at $49 ($35), Growth at $109 ($99) and Scale at $149 ($139).

Pros:

  • Scopes are explicit: mcp.read, mcp.write_safe and mcp.write_destructive.
  • Works with chat apps and automation tools such as n8n.
  • Call transcripts are searchable.

Cons:

  • The destructive scope allows deletions and should be rare.
  • API-key setups need careful secret handling.

Checked against: Close developer docs on 28 October 2026. Full profile: Close MCP server.

8. HighLevel: CRM for agencies and their clients

What it is. HighLevel's LeadConnector MCP server offers "more than 550 active read, create, update, and delete operations across 38 domains." You choose which sub-accounts a connection can reach and approve scopes during OAuth sign-in. Agencies can also connect once and pick the sub-account per request.

Best for: Marketing agencies that manage clients' CRMs, calendars and pipelines in HighLevel.

Pricing: No separate MCP fee. HighLevel's pricing page lists Starter at $97 per month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497, with annual options.

Pros:

  • Access is limited to the scopes and sub-accounts you approve.
  • You can review or revoke access from your LeadConnector account.
  • One connection can serve many client sub-accounts.

Cons:

  • With 550+ operations, a broad grant gives the AI a very large surface.
  • Agency-wide connections mean one mistake can touch several clients.

Checked against: HighLevel developer docs on 28 October 2026. Full profile: HighLevel MCP server.

How to connect a CRM to AI safely

A CRM holds your customer list, deal values and notes about people. Treat the first connection as a pilot.

  1. Start read-only. Use Salesforce's read server, Zoho's Data Insights server or Close's mcp.read scope first.
  2. Clean up roles. Because most servers act as the signed-in user, over-broad CRM roles become over-broad AI access. Our guide to excessive permissions in MCP explains why.
  3. Keep confirmations on. Attio and HubSpot ask before writes. Don't switch that off for bulk updates.
  4. Log what changed. Check the CRM's audit history after the first week, and read our MCP audit logging guide.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a community CRM MCP server?

Usually not. Every CRM on this list hosts its own server, and a vendor-run server follows the CRM's permission model. Community servers often use a single API key with broad access, which is harder to control.

Can the AI delete CRM records?

Some servers allow it. Close separates deletions into a destructive scope, and Zoho's Data Operations server supports deletes. Keep delete access for admins, and use read-only connections for most users.

Which CRM MCP servers work with ChatGPT?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Close and Salesforce all mention ChatGPT or support any MCP client in their docs. Microsoft documents Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales and says Claude Desktop isn't supported yet.

Does MCP cost extra on top of my CRM?

None of these vendors lists a separate MCP fee. But usage can still count: Pipedrive has token limits, Zoho counts API credits and Microsoft charges Copilot Studio credits. Check your plan's limits before you roll out widely.

Which CRM is best for an agency?

HighLevel is designed for agencies, and its MCP server can work across client sub-accounts. HubSpot is also common for agencies whose clients use it. Choose based on the CRM your clients already run.
