Federal Agency Websites. Built to the standard named in the solicitation.
Federal work has a higher documentation bar than most public-sector projects: the accessibility standard is named explicitly, the design system may be specified, and evaluators expect evidence rather than assurances. We build to whatever the solicitation names and show our work.

The difference
Federal is not just bigger state work
Three things change. Accessibility is named as Section 508 rather than left general, so conformance has to be demonstrable against specific success criteria. A design system may be mandated, most often the U.S. Web Design System. And the evaluation is documentary — proposals are scored on written evidence, not on a conversation.
Plain language is also a statutory expectation for federal public-facing content rather than a style preference. That changes how content is written and reviewed, and it is one of the few areas where the legal requirement and the usability best practice point in exactly the same direction.

Registrations
We confirm before we claim
Federal and prime-contractor procurements involve registrations, portals and representations that change over time. Rather than publishing a list here that may be out of date when you read it, tell us what your process requires and we will confirm our current status before bidding.
If we are not eligible for a particular vehicle, we will say so immediately rather than after you have spent evaluation time on us. Where a subcontract or teaming arrangement is the sensible route, we will tell you that too.
